Criminal Minds Sexuality Headcannons!!!

Hotch: Bi. When he and Haley separated in college for a time he dated some men and actually fell in love with one of them. But no one compares to Haley. Well, until after loll. But there's a couple scenes where he's flirting with men, and that one episode Tommy Gibby directed with the drag queens is literally bisexual Hotch.

Rossi: The token straight but supports all of his gay coworkers. He'll put a rainbow flag in his office when Garcia comes out, and if anyone is being homophobic on a case he is the first to step up and talk to them in private. He's quiet in his support but he's very supportive.

Morgan: Bi but it's really hard to find a guy that he likes. He can find women he's interested in everywhere but his preferences for men are very specific, but not impossible, and so he finds men he goes home with and has sex with, and has dated a few but prefers to have casual sex rather than date.

Prentiss: Lesbian. Need I say more? Literally every relationship with a man she has in the show fizzles out.

Greenaway: Lesbian. Again, do I need to say anything else? If Elle and Emily were on the team together at the same time, they would probably hook up regularly and then Emily would catch feelings and Elle would run.

He likes having friends, that's why he insists to Hotch over and over that "It's not a date!" but he did a lot of things when he was younger because he thought that's how it should be, but he realizes now that he can do whatever he wants and he really doesn't care if someone likes him. He doesn't like them.

Garcia: Pansexual Non-Binary. Uses They/She pronouns because of course she does. Also, she loves everyone and everyone is hot to her. She literally finds everyone on the team super attractive and would date any if them if they asked. She is attracted to all genders equally, and doesn't have a preference towards men, women, or non-binary lovers and partners.

there’s nothing to hate about lemontits (will). he’s the perfect husband and father despite having an actually insane last name that you can’t spell correctly even with autocorrect, and an accent you can’t make sense of without subtitles (he’s mr. subtitles guy if you ever come across that name) but,,,,,, im actually not gonna spoil what i was going to 🤗 you’ll see

also i agree, the team is like one big family. that’s what made me fall in love with the show in the first place :’D

heyyyyyy okay okay here's my thoughts + feelings about ships

as i've already been very loud about, i'm a bi jj truther until the end of time (at first it was a projection but then that little moment between her and hotch happened where she was talking about how maybe the unsub of that episode was projecting onto his victims because he saw them being out and happy, and that just seemed very emotionally charged so that basically made it canon in my head) so i don't particularly love her with will, but i don't have any reason to actually hate him (as of season 6 anyways)

the only ship that i really care for is jemily, mainly because YES WLW RELATIONSHIPS!!!! but also because i love their chemistry and i think their characters would be so perfect in love: but i also feel like emily just has an insanely flirty personality so i'm not entirely sure

though the way she rolls her eyes whenever jj talks about her husband has not gone unnoticed

& i know this kind of deviates from your question entirely, but i think one of my favorite things about this show is the fact that everyone on the team loves each other so much, and if there's one thing i'm a sucker for, it's strong platonic love, so at the end of the day, even if none of them end up together, as long as they still love each other like a big ole family, i'm content
